Cookie Policy

Last updated: 9 May 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how GlobalLine CDS Ltd ("we", "us") uses cookies and similar technologies on our marketing site and signed-in application. By continuing to use the Service you consent to the cookies described below, except where you have set your browser to refuse them.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files placed on your device by the websites you visit. They allow the site to recognise your device, remember preferences, and measure how the site is used.

2. Categories we use

  • Strictly necessary: session cookies for authentication, CSRF protection, load balancing, and security headers. These cannot be disabled — the Service will not function without them.
  • Functional: remember your last-used organisation, locale, and UI density.
  • Analytics: aggregated, IP-anonymised usage analytics to improve the product. Set only after you accept on the cookie banner.
  • Payment: Stripe sets cookies on the checkout page for fraud prevention. Required only when you start a paid plan.

3. Third parties

We do not use advertising, retargeting, or social-media tracking cookies. The only third-party cookies that may be set are operational: Stripe (billing) and Cloudflare (bot protection).

4. How to control cookies

Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies via their settings. You may also use the cookie preferences link in our footer to withdraw consent at any time. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from signing in.

5. Retention

Session cookies expire when you close your browser. Persistent cookies last between 30 days (functional) and 13 months (analytics) unless you clear them sooner.
